Further it will be even more interesting and informative.
- What was the new information you learned from this program?
Shorakhmatova Shakhnoza: I learned a lot of new information about doing business, which I did not know before. All information was presented in a very interesting way – with various exercises and games.
Alisher Avezov: The trainers introduced us the European methods of doing business, which was very informative, we learned a lot of new information for ourselves. Since we are just starting entrepreneurs, we do not know about Western methods of doing business, so the trainers gave us information, thoughts us how to do it, prepared us for success and failure when starting a business.
Aziz Imamov: The most useful information for me was a set of analysis, I think this knowledge will be useful in any business, even not only in business. When you want to do something in life, you will need this knowledge. One of the useful lessons for me was information analysis.
- What was your favorite moment/exercise/task in the program?
Shorakhmatova Shakhnoza: All exercises and tasks were interesting, and most importantly memorable.
Alisher Avezov: The logic games conducted according to the first module were very interesting, they trained the brain and mind, all participants were actively involved in these exercises.
Aziz Imamov: I remember most of the exercises in which our team tried to survive by doing a business. We played a game, and our task was to stay alive so that no one dies in this game.
- In your opinion, what was the most useful information that you can apply in practice/to realize your idea?
Shorakhmatova Shakhnoza: We have just completed the first module of the six available, and the most useful thing for any startup is accounting analysis, which we have mastered very well from this module. I think this knowledge and acquired skills will definitely come in handy in starting and running my business. My idea is to create a one-stop shop for the processing of agricultural products.
Alisher Avezov: The exercise “To be or not to be”, in which we studied the scheme for overcoming problems. We, Tajik entrepreneurs, do not have enough information about global problems, and the trainers showed us in practice how to solve the problems and where to start. This eight-point outline is where to start. I think every entrepreneur should know this scheme and be able to apply it in practice. The scheme consists of familiarizing yourself with the problem, weighing it, finding all possible steps to solve the problem, analyzing the available resources and only then make final decision, for the better or worse, which means that you will need to start all over again. It was this module that was very useful for me – as an entrepreneur, since every day in my work I encounter problems that need to be solved in a timely and productive manner.
Aziz Imamov: I remember the exercise in which our whole team tried to survive by doing a business.
- What was the most memorable thing?
Shorakhmatova Shakhnoza: I remember the method of presenting information, which is fundamentally different from the classes at the university. Classes are held openly and very interesting, participants can freely express their opinions.
Alisher Avezov: Our coaches were most memorable, everything that we did not understand, they tried to explain in a simple language. Often, the students do not understand most of the information presented by teacher, but our trainers, if they notice that something is not clear to the participant, they would certainly explain it in details, using examples and simple language, so that the participant can master the topic. This made us very happy.
Aziz Imamov: I remember almost the entire program. I will say that everything was interesting.
- What would you change / improve in the program?
Shorakhmatova Shakhnoza: I would recommend increasing the number of such programs for young people.
Alisher Avezov: I would advise to organize more of such events in order to attract even more entrepreneurs. Not many people know about this program. I would like to see in this program many entrepreneurs who want to start their own business. Such programs train entrepreneurs, improve their knowledge and skills, and improve the quality of doing business. If an entrepreneur knows about the pitfalls or problems of doing business, then there will be more successful startups.
Aziz Imamov: I would like to know about the startups of every young entrepreneur participating in the program with me and help them with whatever I can, for example, with advice. If someone has already started a small business and wants to make more money, then we could come up with a action or something like that. Basically, I liked everything.
