We continue our motivational column, in which today we told the stories of young entrepreneurs from Dushanbe and Khujand.
In spite of their age, five of the participants achieved a lot, they were not impeded by the lack of start-up capital or their university education.

“Two years ago, together with my friends, we launched an online project called Daily Opportunity. The platform offers international scholarships, internships and grants.
⠀
The project has brought tangible benefits to the youth of Tajikistan, together with this platform, the youth develop further.
⠀
Just recently I moved to live in Dubai, where I slightly changed the format of our platform. Now on the Youtube channel, I provide information about jobs in this city, how to find suitable accommodation, how to apply and resumes. On the platform I share exactly the places where an ordinary foreigner can realize himself and find himself.
⠀
The project is of a commercial nature, our project pays for itself in many ways through advertising.
⠀
Don’t be lazy! Be active, work hard, laziness will not get you anywhere.

The idea came right after the selection for the IRDP/TRIGGER Project. All the conditions for participation were explained to us, noting that the idea had to be innovative. The phrase stuck in my head. So I decided to create an innovative project.
The business can be easily managed, it can be automated, it simplifies the paperwork, it is possible to reach a passive income, if enough users are gathered who would like to sell their goods on the online platform.
⠀
By running my own business I immersed myself completely in my own business, by working on what I love, I was able to earn and help others.
⠀
Do what you sincerely want and like, learn something new every month and year, because trends change.

I have never been interested in recipes of soups and cakes, but the recipes of feeds, their digestibility factor, aroused great interest.
The idea came up, during practice in a fish farm. Then, after studying the composition of the current feed and its cost, I was a little shocked. After several days of painstaking work, I offered my recipe for the feed from different components in random order. The farm owner was pleased with the recipe by offering to purchase the first batch of agar-agar.
The uniqueness of our recipe is that we get an acceptable level of protein by using natural products and a special cooking technique. Without the addition of hormone protein.
At first the idea was not commercially oriented, we wanted everyone to be able to buy domestic feed at a lower price and start growing fish on their own property.
When big businessmen were interested in our formulation, they offered to buy the recipe, that’s when we realized that our project is business oriented and will be able to develop further. Learn! Do what you know and love! Look for any opportunity to realize your idea, be obsessed with it. Find like minded people. Believe in your success!

Our project is called “The Power of Slide”. We provide professional presentation services for startups, entrepreneurs or large companies. At the same time we provide training and consultations.
⠀
The idea came about because I wanted to prepare for a conference, but didn’t know how to create a beautiful and clear presentation. In the end, I realized that it was a very relevant idea that could be expanded.
⠀
At the very beginning of my journey, I was creating presentations for students at our University.
After a while I started everyone who wanted to. Our next step was to create courses in public speaking, because presentation skills have a strong connection with public speaking. Most often this service was used by startups, because many of them do not know how to create a sales presentation for an investor.
⠀
At the moment we have 3 directions:
- Consulting;
Training; - Commercial, where we create custom presentations.
I was able to monetize my hobby. And this is the best job ever.
There is always fear of the unknown and that’s normal. But don’t be afraid to get started. If you have an idea that you believe in, then try it!

Sahobahon Juraeva
Co-founder of the SMN Security project.
Several years ago, I was bullied on social media, then fraudsters hacked my page and started spreading false information to my friends and family. In August 2020, I took part in a training “Truth or Lies”, which was organized by the Nasli Z-Generation-Z community and Internews in Tajikistan. That’s when I learned about media literacy, cyberbullying and how to protect myself in the online space. We ourselves organized trainings for schoolchildren on these topics and
We realized how important it was to pass on useful information to our peers.
And in the Upshift/Peshsaf project, with the support of Unicef in Tajikistan and the State Business Incubator, we were able to implement the project “SMN Security.
⠀
Our project, it is more social, we inform and enable young people and teenagers in our country to learn what is media literacy, cyberbullying, cybersecurity.
⠀
We all have a lot of ideas in our heads, to create your project you need to think a lot, reflect and choose the right direction. Persistently work on your idea.
Believe in your strength. Evolve always, try yourself in all areas.
