Fish breeding is a business that can be run not only by boys, but also by girls.
Dilnavoz Saidova, a young and talented entrepreneur, is one such girl who is developing this type of business and making a profit.
As Dilnavoz herself notes, it was participation in the trainings of the Integrated Rural Development Project/TRIGGER that allowed her to develop her idea and start her own business.

- Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur? 2. How did you come up with the idea?
First of all I want to be the owner of my own business and to be able to manage my employees, the goal of my becoming an entrepreneur is to make a profit, that is, to make money.
My grandfather and I work on a farm, and part of the farm is a fish pond.
We want to do fish farming in this pond because the demand for fish meat in the market is very high. There are no fish ponds in our area.
We have an opportunity to breed four types of fish in this pond and increase production to 20 tons per hectare.
2. What have you gained from participating in the activities of the Integrated Rural Development Project/TRIGGER?
With this business idea I participated in a contest announced by the Integrated Rural Development Project, and I was invited to a boot camp training seminar and incubation program.
There I turned my idea into a business plan with the help of trainers and consultants from Pem Consult.
3. What new projects are expected, the company’s priorities for the next few years?
I am currently implementing my business plan, among which we are breeding four species of fish, and these are marinka, trout, whitefish and whitefish.
4.What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?
I would like to tell other young people who are entrepreneurs to think creatively and use this project and learn how to become a successful entrepreneur from national and international experts and consultants.
