whose founders have to constantly keep up with innovations and evolve.

Today’s heroine, Dilbarkhon Khusainova, is a beginning entrepreneur, a participant in the Integrated Rural Development Project / TRIGGER. On July 22nd she fulfilled her cherished dream – she opened the “Dilbarkhon” bride academy.
She is now ready to share her experience with the girls, teach them how to beautify themselves and find their own style.

The Academy is situated in Khujand, on 85a Ismoili Somoni Str. (opposite the school No. 12).

- Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur? How did you come up with the idea?
My name is Muslikhiddinova Dilbarhon, my project is Dilbarhon Brides Academy, wedding dress rental with hair and makeup training. To be free and independent and to serve clients honestly, sincerely, and profitably.
I wanted to create a wedding academy for my clients and provide not only wedding dresses for rent, but also hair and makeup.
And I wish that the women of the Republic of Tajikistan will always be beautiful and happy and remain the happiest in the world.
2. What have you gained from participating in the Integrated Rural Development Project/TRIGGER activities?
This project gave me motivation, and I am steadily and energetically starting my project.
3.Your future plans
In the future I want to expand my project, open new outlets not only in Khujand, but throughout the Republic of Tajikistan, and continue my work.
4.What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?
Increase your knowledge and skills and take advantage of the latest state-of-the-art training like this project, and be fully confident.
