Today’s heroine, one of such active, successful beginning entrepreneurs, is Sayora Bobohonova, who’s entrepreneurial idea is to start breeding different types of turkeys in “Fayzi Sayor” LTD, as well as to create and provide new jobs.

Participant of the Integrated Rural Development Project/ TRIGGER is developing a turkey breeding business and plans to export them to foreign countries in the future.

Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur? 2. How did you come up with the idea?
I want to contribute to the development of the country and attract young people to work. Because most of the youth are unemployed. Even some of them have a degree, but they are unemployed. I want to hire such young people.
Because we are farmers, we have very developed areas of agriculture, livestock, and poultry. I want to develop this new type of idea of mine, which is to breed Big 6 and Hybrid turkeys.
What have you gained from participating in the Integrated Rural Development Project/TRIGGER activities?
I learned how to start my own business, new ways to make a profit, marketing, new market methods, and running my own business.
Now I have opened my own company called Faizi Sayor Limited Liability Company. It is developing in two areas of the agricultural sector.
Your future plans
We plan to significantly expand production in this direction of poultry farming, and increase the new type of turkeys “Big 6” and “Hybrid” and to produce their meat.
In the future we also plan to buy incubators, and then feeders, necessary for feeding the birds.
What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?
A person must choose an idea that is not only useful, but that gives him pleasure. That is, a person must work on this idea that he has, and work on it to advance his cause.
