Aziz Nazarov, Component Manager of Integrated Rural Development Project/ TRIGGER visited incubation program in Khujand on January 25.
The aim of the meeting was to get acquainted with the process of incubation program in Khujand and to get acquainted with participants.
As part of the incubation program training sessions, the participants have already completed the following modules:
Module 1: Entrepreneurship (SWOT analysis, problem solving methods, setting SMART goals)
Module 2: Creativity (Creating a business idea, choosing the right idea and developing it).
Module 3: Business Model (Understanding the business model, developing the business model and its structure);
Module 4: Market (Market research with a marketing mix, market share, marketing strategy).

Aziz Nazarov got to know the project participants, their business ideas and shared important recommendations and tips on how to start and promote a start-up.
