Has more than 20 years experiences in agri-business. He has graduated Tajik State University with the major Economist in 1992. For more than 15 years he has worked in agribusiness development, promotion of innovation, consulting services, conducting ToT and coaching for MSMEs in Tajikistan. He worked with IOs in agriculture sector, managed projects, and was the Director of the Association of Agribusiness of Tajikistan and the Sarob Association in the country. He has developed the modules and conducted seminars on “Fundamentals of Agricultural Consulting” and “How to Start a Consulting Business” that counted one of the most popular programs offered by international organizations such as GIZ, ACTED and the Aga Khan Foundation. He helped hundreds of agro-specialists set up their business as an agri-consultant. Naimjon Asrorov is an individual consultant who helps agribusinesses and start-ups to make their business profitable. Before starting his consulting practice, Naimjon was an Agri-Dealer for 10 years and owned an agro-shop.
