Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur? How did you come up with the idea of creating a project?
Entrepreneurship gives full freedom in realization of their creative ideas, does not limit in terms of choice of activity, in terms of choice of team, i.e. an entrepreneur should become a good leader so that his project would start to develop well.
That is why I decided to become an entrepreneur and implement my project.
I like my job as graphic designer, after people began to be interested in my work in social networks, they began to order me designs, posters, so my girlfriend and I decided to open outsource design services, as this area is now gaining momentum.
What have you gained from participating in the Integrated Rural Development Project / TRIGGER events?
First of all by participating in Boot Camp I have got a lot of knowledge, e.g. how to manage finances, how to organize my business, marketing approaches, how to introduce my products to the market and secondly this is networking, I have met young entrepreneurs with whom I work and will work with them in the future.
What is your project? What are the future plans of your project?
Status Project is outsourcing marketing services, smm services, design services, and we also do mentoring and courses for young people, such as smm and graphic design for beginners.
At the beginning of the project there were two of us, now we are expanding and have recruited 2 more employees. Our future plans are to expand our services and capture market share throughout Tajikistan and when we find a place in the Tajik market we want to enter foreign markets.
How does a beginning entrepreneur find business partners?
For a start-up entrepreneur to find business partners he should be socially developed, your project should be on all social platforms, so your business partners can find you, see your work, with whom you cooperate, what is your activity, also you should have a good portfolio of your work.
