On July 6, the Integrated Rural Development Project/ TRIGGER together with the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan and the National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises held a conference dedicated to the International Day of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
The aim is to emphasize the important role of micro, small and medium enterprises in the economy and development of any country, as well as in the overall achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
The conference included panel sessions and master classes on “Development of SMEs in modern times”.
The participants of the event included representatives of ministries and agencies of RT, more than 120 small and medium-sized businesses, representatives of business associations, as well as representatives of Tajik Startups and Project startups.

The event served as an effective platform for introducing and developing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
